You give us an export from your current system (or just your login), and we’ll import your rosters, families, and billing setup. You review it together on a 45-minute call before your staff touches anything.
Will my staff need training?
If they can send a text, they can use CubHub. Staff can log by voice from their first shift. There are no training days to schedule.
Is my kids’ data used to train AI or sold to anyone?
No. Your center’s data is used to run your center. Nothing is sold, and nothing feeds advertising.
What happens on day 7?
Your card is charged $49 unless you cancel. We’ll email you the day before, so nothing sneaks up on you. Cancel in two clicks from settings.
